RETURNS
Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Pacifier Clips, Teethers and Bibs due to the nature of the product. Any item that has been purchased at a discounted, clearance or sale price is FINAL SALE. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged or defective, please contact shopnusnursery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to notify us of an intended return, refund or exchange, and we can help you with the process.

REFUNDS
We will happily replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge or provide a full refund. We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel and keeping a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery. We aim to process returns within 5 to 7 business days of your order arriving back to us. SHIPPING FEE ON RETURNS Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges, and we highly suggest purchasing tracking # return.

PRICING
All pricing displayed on www.nusnursery.com is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default. You can view the approximate rates in alternate currencies by using the dropdown menu at the top of the website, however this is for estimate only and any charges made at checkout will be in CAD. All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges and taxes (delivery charges and taxes will be added at the checkout). Delivery is FREE for all Canadian orders over $75 some exclusions may apply.
